- Allen’s range of Tablets i.e. Bio-Chemics and Bio- combinations are manufactured by a highly complex process that requires immaculate quality control measures.
- To ensure uniform quantity of medicament in each tablet needed for the product
to be more efficacious, proper trituration of the salts in the right proportion is essential.
- The quality of lactose used is of purest grade imported from Holland, which passes through stringent testing procedures of Dr. Sarkar Allen Institute Pvt. Ltd. to conform to H.P.I.standards. Such rigorous testing rules out the possibility of any impurity in the lactose, which may affect the efficacy of the product.
- Optimum drying temperature and pressure of the tableting machine is maintained with utmost care so that the tablets comply with the standards laid down by H.P.I.
- Allen’s tablets are neither too soft nor too hard and of uniform weight. Each tablet bears Allen’s logo as a mark of originality.
- The tablets are tested following parameters in each batch:
DT (disintegration time), Dissolution time, Hardness, average weight, weight variation and Friability. The optimal reading of these parameters is essential for best therapeutic response.
- The tablets are finally packed by premium quality packaging materials to maintain the therapeutic property of the tablets for a prolonged period.
